A look inside Blind Spots and Hindsight
Swimmers Are Better Lovers (pg. 41)
You said I shouldn't go swimming.
Said "unsuit and back to bed"
Said you'll make love to me
In a way to turn my head.
But swimmers make better lovers
I heard the news today
All their partners have confessed
Or so researchers say.
It's not the acrobatics
But the ease with which they glide
On the top or on the bottom
And over on the side.
They move from the shallow
Into the deepest end.
They move with such precision
That buttocks and stomachs mend.
They relax and come upwards
Reach the length and stretch
They slide in and outward
And carefully take a breath.
I'm glad I am a swimmer
You don't know what you miss.
Come join me now swimming
It may improve your kiss.
